About Uplifting The Community Development Corporation
Founded in 2012, Uplifting The Community Development Corporation provides a holistic service approach to address vulnerable populations suffering from an array of physical, emotional, and social issues that confront our communities. Our Services and programs will include transitional housing, and supportive services that include case management, life skills training, and comprehensive referral resources, and pathways to facilitate the process of claiming self-worth and dignity by helping individuals to start a new healthy and productive life. Uplifting The Community Development Corporation will provide the foundation for change, assisting individuals to become pro-social, and responsible members of the community. Our main goal is to help the underserved population of the poor in the Bay Area that are infected with HIV/AIDS, homeless youth, men, women, and women with children.
